GOTRVT Financial Assistance Explained

Sliding Scale Chart

Girls on the Run Vermont is committed to keeping our programs accessible to any eligible student who wishes to participate and we are dedicated to ensuring that the program cost is never a barrier. Financial assistance is available to families who cannot pay the $130 registration fee. Caregivers can choose from multiple financial aid options within the registration form.

The cost for our organization to deliver our programs is over $325 per participant. With the generous support of our partners, we are able to subsidize our program fee for every participant and provide further financial assistance as needed.

The financial assistance options include a payment plan, sliding scale fee and a sibling discount. Keep reading for more details.

Payment plan

For increased flexibility, GOTRVT also offers all online registrants a payment plan option. With the payment plan, 50% of a participant’s fee is collected at time of registration and the remaining 50% is processed mid-season. Families can activate both the sliding scale and the payment plan.

Sliding Scale Fee:

The chart below details the sliding scale tiers for our spring 2025 season. Families can utilize our sliding scale based on their annual household income.

Sibling Discount:

GOTRVT also offers a sibling discount for families enrolling more than one participant on the same registration form. The sibling discount and sliding scale cannot be combined. The discount that provides the greater fee reduction will be applied.
