Join Our Team

Girls on the Run Vermont (GOTRVT) is a non-profit organization. GOTRVT’s mission is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident; using a fun, experience and research-based curriculum that creatively integrates running. Our 750+ statewide volunteer coaches mentor approximately 2,700 young girls (grades 3 through 8) in a 10-week after-school program that combines training for a 5K event with self-esteem enhancing, empowering lessons.

Our relationships with our coaches, girls, families and volunteers are the heart of our organization. The individuals hired for our team must be prepared for and excited about expanding our program and reaching as many coaches and girls as possible to allow the future of our girls to be stronger and more confident as a result of participating in Girls on the Run Vermont. We are changing the world, one girl at a time. We need your enthusiasm and passion to help make this happen in Vermont.
